Baeren Hotel, The Bear Inn is truly a cozy gem nestled in the heart of Wilderswil, offering an authentic Swiss experience with a touch of British warmth. During our recent family stay, we found the atmosphere to be welcoming and inclusive, making it ideal for families seeking a memorable Alpine retreat. The staff's kindness was evident from the moment we arrived, and the good breakfast spread ensured we started our days right.Our children adored the two separate playrooms and outdoor playground - it kept them entertained for hours! Personally, I found the proximity to Skydive Interlaken and Seilpark Intetlaken a huge plus, offering thrilling activities just a stone's throw away.While the room was small, the charming decor and comfortable beds made it a snug haven after days of exploration. The piano upstairs provided lovely family moments, and the stunning view of the Eiger mountain added a touch of magic to our stay.Baeren Hotel may have a few areas for improvement, but its character and family-friendly amenities make it a delightful choice for those seeking a genuine Alpine experience. I recommend it wholeheartedly for a cozy and memorable stay in the Swiss Alps.
